Ingredients
  • Egg1 medium egg
  • Egg whites180ml (3/4 cup)
  • 0% Greek yogurt170g (3/4 cup)
  • Coconut oil, melted30g (2 tbsp)
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp (optional)
  • Granulated sugar substitute210-230g
  • All-purpose flour40g (1/3 cup)
  • Cocoa powder50g
  • Chocolate protein powder60g (2 scoops)
  • Baking powder3/4 tsp
  • Salta pinch
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). 2. Whisk together the egg, egg whites, Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil and vanilla. 3. Add the dry ingredients (sweetener, flour, cocoa, protein powder, baking powder, salt) and mix until smooth. 4. Pour into a greased or lined 8x8-inch pan and spread evenly. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes, taking them out slightly underdone for the fudgiest texture. 6. Let cool, then cut into 16 brownies.
