High Protein Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread
Moist banana bread meets cinnamon roll: a protein-packed loaf swirled with cinnamon sugar and crowned with a tangy cream cheese protein topping. Nearly 16g of protein per slice.

- Ground oats200 g
- Psyllium husks8 g
- Erythritol60 g
- Ceylon cinnamon9 g
- Skyr100 g
- Cream cheese (0.2% fat)100 g
- Vanilla protein powder30 g
- Almond milka splash
- Flavor powder6 g
- Unflavored whey protein100 g
- Bananas3 small-medium
- Skyr200 g
- Chunky Flavour12 g
- Salt1 tsp
- Baking powder15 g
- Eggs3 small
- Almond milk200-250 ml
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan.
2. Blend the ground oats, whey protein, bananas, skyr, flavoring, salt, baking powder, eggs, almond milk and psyllium husks into a smooth batter.
3. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan; sprinkle evenly with the erythritol-cinnamon mix, then cover with the remaining batter.
4. Swirl through the batter with a fork for a marbled effect.
5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, tenting with foil if the top browns too fast, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Cool, then spread with a topping made from the skyr, cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, flavor powder and a splash of almond milk.
7. Slice into 12 pieces and serve.
