High Protein Snickers Brownies

Ingredients
- Ground oats90g
- Psyllium husks6g
- Salta pinch
- Unsweetened almond milk250ml
- Erythritol60g
- Peanut butter powder12g
- Sugar-free milk chocolate15g
- Chopped peanutsa handful (optional)
- Unflavored protein powder80g
- Skyr200g
- Chocolate + caramel flavor powder12g
- Bananas2
- Baking powder6g
- Baking cocoa40g
- Salty caramel syrup3 squeezes
- Eggs2
Method
1. Cut the bananas into pieces and place them in a large bowl.
2. Add the ground oats, protein powder, skyr, flavor powder, baking powder, baking cocoa, salty caramel syrup, eggs, psyllium husks, salt, almond milk and erythritol, and mix into a smooth batter, mashing the bananas with a whisk as you go.
3. Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish.
4. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat – the brownies should still stay nice and moist inside.
5. Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free chocolate and stir the peanut butter powder with water into a peanut sauce.
6. Let the brownies cool slightly, then decorate with the peanut sauce, melted chocolate and chopped peanuts. Slice into about 18 pieces.
