Ingredients
- full-fat cottage cheese2 cups
- maple syrup1/4 cup
- vanilla extract1 tsp
- fresh strawberries1 cup, chopped
- crushed graham crackers1/2 cup
Method
1. Blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, and half of the chopped strawberries until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in the remaining strawberries and the crushed graham crackers.
3. Pour the mixture into a container or loaf pan.
4. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until scoopable.
5. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping, then serve.
